To provide exceptional, culturally sensitive consulting services in order to assist Indigenous communities in creating a culturally appropriate, customized and holistic justice program that meets the unique needs of their community.

Community led justice programs that support individuals in a holistic manner throughout their journey in the legal system through prevention, wellness and aftercare initiatives.

Providing services with respect to strategies, resources, networking, frameworks, budgets, funding, recruitment and guidance in order to develop customized justice initiatives for each Indigenous community. 

Helping build and walk beside each community team as they learn to navigate the justice system and guide their members through and out of the legal system by promoting wellness, culture and healing strategies through all stages of the process.

Tayler is a St'uxwtéws band member with extensive education and experience in the field of criminal justice. She is a certified Gladue Writer and has worked for 10 years as an Intelligence Analyst. As of 2021, Tayler chose to pursue a career that emphasizes her passion for helping Indigenous communities obtain justice. She is currently a JD candidate in her 2nd year at TRU Law.
